Problems With Streaming VideoWINDOWS MEDIA PLAYERIn the Windows Media Player (versions 7-9) click on "Tools" and select "Options." Click the "Network" tab and locate the area for "Proxy Settings." Double click on "HTTP Browser" and select the "use browser proxy settings" option. Click OK and then OK again.Real PlayerWith Real Player streaming video problems are resolved in similar fashion for both the Real One and Real Player Basic versions of the software.
In Real Player Basic 8, click "View" and select "Preferences." Click on the "Proxy" tab and select the button for "use my web browser's HTTP proxy." Then click OK.
